Organizational Bio
In Robert's experience he has often witnessed strategic plans fall short of the corporate needs as they are not effectively communicated between the C-suite and the people responsible for implementation. Robert utilizes this breakdown as the leverage point for building trust, opening communication, breathing life into the vision and positively impacting the bottom line.
Robert has eighteen years of experience working with government and healthcare providers. As a psychiatric Social Worker he experienced one on one contact with patients and later as a front line leader he learned the importance of tapping into the potential of everyone on the team.
